About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for overall management of the Department’s Administrative Services including Payroll and Human Resources.
- Direct, manage, plan and coordinate all aspects of Administrative Services such as payroll, employment, compensation, compliance, employee relations, and policy setting.
- Serve as faculty and staff liaison between the Department and other outside units in administrative matters.
- Direct, manage, plan, and coordinate the department's faculty and staff payroll and approvals.
- Provide expertise and guidance in complex personnel issues in conjunction with WUSM Human Resources.
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to payroll, employee relations, and compensation to ensure compliance with University guidelines.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education.
