About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for overall management of the Department’s Administrative Services including Payroll and Human Resources.
  • Direct, manage, plan and coordinate all aspects of Administrative Services such as payroll, employment, compensation, compliance, employee relations, and policy setting.
  • Serve as faculty and staff liaison between the Department and other outside units in administrative matters.
  • Direct, manage, plan, and coordinate the department's faculty and staff payroll and approvals.
  • Provide expertise and guidance in complex personnel issues in conjunction with WUSM Human Resources.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to payroll, employee relations, and compensation to ensure compliance with University guidelines.

  • Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education.
