About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support all programing and events operations including high-caliber signature events, internal and external audiences, faculty conferences, seminars, graduation ceremonies
Manage the event process from start to finish including logistics, communications, and budget
Collaborate with staff and faculty to determine event type and scale
Conduct planning meetings and evaluations
Manage event logistics including set-up, tear-down, registration, audio-visual, food, and beverage
Research potential venues and negotiate contracts
Perform other duties as required

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education
2 Years of Event And/Or Meeting Planning experience
Skills: Not Applicable
A driver’s license is not required for this position
