About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support all programing and events operations including high-caliber signature events, internal and external audiences, faculty conferences, seminars, graduation ceremonies
  • Manage the event process from start to finish including logistics, communications, and budget
  • Collaborate with staff and faculty to determine event type and scale
  • Conduct planning meetings and evaluations
  • Manage event logistics including set-up, tear-down, registration, audio-visual, food, and beverage
  • Research potential venues and negotiate contracts
  • Perform other duties as required

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education
  • 2 Years of Event And/Or Meeting Planning experience
  • Skills: Not Applicable
  • A driver’s license is not required for this position
