Assisting staff with resolving department specific issues
Identifying and resolving department and payor trends
Assisting manager or supervisor with special projects
Motivating staff and promoting team effort and department goals
Resolving invoices within the team that require special attention
Collaborating with the team to manage operational problems or backlog

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or equivalent high school certification or combination of education and/or experience
2 years of experience in Insurance or Collection
ICD 9 and CPT Coding skills
No specific certification/professional license required
