About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prepare written content for a diverse audience of faculty, staff, and students, explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Help develop training curriculum and phish testing strategy using visual design and editing software such as Vyond, Articulate, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Conduct research for articles and web content pertaining to topics and best practices in information security.
  • Plan and manage events for Cybersecurity Awareness Month.
  • Analyze data about newsletter readership, website traffic, phishing simulation results, training completions, etc. to understand and improve program performance.
  • Configure and maintain content in Learning Management System (LMS) platforms like KnowBe4, Workday Learning, and Canvas.
  • Provide customer support.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education.
  • Excellent research and writing skills; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Relevant Experience (2 Years).
  • Skills: Analytical Problem Solving, Applied Research, Customer Service, Data Analysis, Detail-Oriented, Information Security Awareness, Instructional Design, Interpersonal Communication, Oral Communications, Written Communication.
