About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead analytic and institutional research projects that inform institutional priorities.
Conduct statistical analyses to support strategic planning and initiatives.
Develop and apply analytic frameworks to evaluate policies, interventions, and programs.
Apply advanced analytic methods, including predictive analytics and machine learning.
Oversee production of surveys, reports, and dashboards used by senior leadership.
Collaborate with academic and administrative leaders to define key questions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree in applied statistics, analytics, public health, economics, data science, or a related quantitative field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Five years of relevant analytics experience.
Experience supervising analytic staff and leading analytic projects.
Experience producing data visualization such as dashboards and institutional reports.
Proficiency in statistical programming (e.g., R, Python) and SQL.
Experience building and maintaining collaborative partner relationships.
