About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead analytic and institutional research projects that inform institutional priorities.
  • Conduct statistical analyses to support strategic planning and initiatives.
  • Develop and apply analytic frameworks to evaluate policies, interventions, and programs.
  • Apply advanced analytic methods, including predictive analytics and machine learning.
  • Oversee production of surveys, reports, and dashboards used by senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with academic and administrative leaders to define key questions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree in applied statistics, analytics, public health, economics, data science, or a related quantitative field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Five years of relevant analytics experience.
  • Experience supervising analytic staff and leading analytic projects.
  • Experience producing data visualization such as dashboards and institutional reports.
  • Proficiency in statistical programming (e.g., R, Python) and SQL.
  • Experience building and maintaining collaborative partner relationships.
