About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead analytic and institutional research projects that inform institutional priorities.
- Conduct statistical analyses to support strategic planning and initiatives.
- Develop and apply analytic frameworks to evaluate policies, interventions, and programs.
- Apply advanced analytic methods, including predictive analytics and machine learning.
- Oversee production of surveys, reports, and dashboards used by senior leadership.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative leaders to define key questions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree in applied statistics, analytics, public health, economics, data science, or a related quantitative field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Five years of relevant analytics experience.
- Experience supervising analytic staff and leading analytic projects.
- Experience producing data visualization such as dashboards and institutional reports.
- Proficiency in statistical programming (e.g., R, Python) and SQL.
- Experience building and maintaining collaborative partner relationships.
