About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist investigators in coordinating clinical research studies focused on Epilepsy and rare pediatric diseases
- Implement and manage all phases of study/protocol; ensure compliance with protocol guidelines and regulatory agency requirements
- Establish record-keeping systems; assess and determine participants’ progress in the study
- Analyze, investigate, and report adverse events; make relevant decisions regarding participant inclusion
- Serve as liaison with funding or sponsoring agency; recruit and enroll study participants
- Explain purpose of study and obtain informed consent packets from participants
- Administer/tests lab and clinical assessments to ensure timely completion of protocol requirements
- Evaluate and interpret collected clinical data; prepare oral or written presentations or reports
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education
- Basic Life Support certification required (Online BLS certifications without a skills assessment component are not sufficient)
- No specific work experience is required for this position.
