Key responsibilities & impact

Configuring, modifying, testing, and maintaining Epic & other Clinical applications
Building collaborative relationships with hospital leadership, clinical department users, and technology
Providing second-tier support to end users for application system performance
Designing, verifying, documenting, amending and refactoring complex software configurations for deployment
Participating in reviews and resolving issues relating to applications
Developing and executing test plans and test cases
