About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provides technical and analytical support by serving as a specialist for networking
Work includes the design, review of internal and external infrastructure requirements
Serves as expert on complex networks including serving as a resource to the SOC
Configures and manages central network components
Works with SOC to establish policies and procedures for managing the network
Stays current with new technologies, with a focus on routing, switching, wireless and security technology
Prepares and maintains detailed network documentation
Configures and manages security perimeter devices
Performs other duties as assigned
