About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provides technical and analytical support by serving as a specialist for networking
  • Work includes the design, review of internal and external infrastructure requirements
  • Serves as expert on complex networks including serving as a resource to the SOC
  • Configures and manages central network components
  • Works with SOC to establish policies and procedures for managing the network
  • Stays current with new technologies, with a focus on routing, switching, wireless and security technology
  • Prepares and maintains detailed network documentation
  • Configures and manages security perimeter devices
  • Performs other duties as assigned
