About the role

  • Leads Sever Institute operations including enrollment management, academic operations, administration, and collaboration among the Sever Institute.
  • Manages Sever Institute Adjunct Faculty hiring and onboarding and assists Adjunct Faculty with course development.
  • Conducts new program development ideation, planning, and implementation.
  • Works with Program Directors to ensure ongoing relevance of current programs, curricula, and courses.
  • Manages the Sever Institute quality assurance office and oversees unit QA processes.
  • Assists the Executive Director in strategic matters including business development initiatives and activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Senior-Level Customer Engagement, Operations Management, Strategy, Staffing, Service, Resource Management And Management Of Complex Teams (10 Years)
  • Master’s degree with emphasis in management, operational execution, and quality assurance (preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Demonstrated success in managing multi-disciplinary teams and complex projects
  • Expertise in strategic and business planning in a P&L driven environment
  • Background in quality assurance methods and techniques to assure efficient and reliable processes
  • Experience in business development and long-term relationship building
  • Managing an operational team, delivering on strategic and operational projects, driving P&L goals
  • Capacity to translate strategic guidance into operational execution
  • Project management expertise and the ability to finish complex undertakings
