About the role
- Handles the financial administration of the department including budget management and executing/coordinating all accounting activities.
- Manages departmental financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, program budgets, revenue reconciliation, financial reporting, and analysis.
- Acts as liaison to accounting departments to resolve accounting issues and manage the year-end process.
- Updates forecasts and revenue for the financials in the Post Program Analysis spreadsheets.
- Conducts ongoing analyses on enrollment, revenue, costs, and overall financial trends to develop strategic goals.
- Prepares and reviews contracts for custom business.
- Manages GSA reporting to ensure compliance.
- Maintains financial records for federal audits.
- Prepares quarterly and annual GSA reporting.
- Manages 180 and 360 assessment reporting.
- Prepares weekly assessment reports.
- Acts as trusted advisor for assessment participants.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
