About the role

  • Provides individual, couples, group psychotherapy
  • Initial consultation and crisis intervention for clients
  • Completes all documentation of clinical services within ethical/legal parameters
  • Community outreach and consultation services to students, staff, and faculty
  • Supervises non-licensed staff, doctoral interns, and practicum trainees as needed
  • Provides didactic training and consultation to doctoral interns and practicum trainees
  • Participates in treatment team, consultation, and staff meetings
  • Performs other duties as assigned in consultation with supervisor

Requirements

  • Ph.D. - Doctor Of Philosophy
  • Licensed Psychologist - Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation
  • Licensed Psychologist - Missouri Division of Professional Registration
  • Completion of an APA-accredited doctoral internship (preferred)
  • 1-2 years of post-graduation experience in a college or university counseling center (preferred)
  • Missouri licensure within 12 months (preferred)
  • College Or University Counseling Center (5 Years) (preferred)
  • Clinical Psychology, Communication, Counseling Psychology, Interpersonal Relationships, Mental Illness Diagnosis (preferred)
