About the role
- Coordinates staff services, interoffice activities, schedules, programs, and related administrative needs.
- Administers/prepares reports, minutes, correspondence, and administrative materials required for department direction.
- Maintains established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives, and regulatory records.
- Evaluates and recommends purchasing sources.
- Assists with telephone problems and vendor relations.
- Responsible for ordering and distribution of supplies, general building maintenance, and work order management.
- Develops budget reports and implements financial monitors, payroll, and purchasing processing.
- Assists visitors and customers with inquiries and payroll processing.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent high school certification or combination of education and/or experience.
- Relevant Experience (3 Years).
- Skills: Computer Literacy, Financial Applications, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Office Equipment, Payroll Systems, Supervision, Workday Software.
