About the role
- Provides administrative assistance to multiple faculty members
- Maintains faculty calendars, schedules meetings both in person and virtual
- Assists with conference registration, travel arrangements and expense reimbursements according to guidelines
- Maintains physician curriculum vitae and Missouri/Illinois licensure
- Assists with physician re-credentialing of hospital privileges every two years
- Prepares correspondence as needed
- Assists physician in completing forms, scans and faxes documents, prepares copies as needed, maintains files (electronic and hard)
- Responds to EPIC tasks as needed
- Answers phone and greets visitors; responds to inquiries and provides information using established guidelines or refers to appropriate individual
- Receives, sorts and distributes mail
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent high school certification or combination of education and/or experience
- 1 year of experience in Administration and Office Support
- Skills: Epic Systems, High Accuracy
- 3 years of experience in Administrative roles preferred
- Skills: Communication, Computer Literacy, Detail-Oriented, Interpersonal Communication, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Organizing
