About the role

  • Provides administrative assistance to multiple faculty members
  • Maintains faculty calendars, schedules meetings both in person and virtual
  • Assists with conference registration, travel arrangements and expense reimbursements according to guidelines
  • Maintains physician curriculum vitae and Missouri/Illinois licensure
  • Assists with physician re-credentialing of hospital privileges every two years
  • Prepares correspondence as needed
  • Assists physician in completing forms, scans and faxes documents, prepares copies as needed, maintains files (electronic and hard)
  • Responds to EPIC tasks as needed
  • Answers phone and greets visitors; responds to inquiries and provides information using established guidelines or refers to appropriate individual
  • Receives, sorts and distributes mail
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent high school certification or combination of education and/or experience
  • 1 year of experience in Administration and Office Support
  • Skills: Epic Systems, High Accuracy
  • 3 years of experience in Administrative roles preferred
  • Skills: Communication, Computer Literacy, Detail-Oriented, Interpersonal Communication, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Organizing
