About the role

  • Collect and process behavioral evaluations, standardized videos, and motor exams during clinical appointments for the Movement Disorders Center
  • Maintain and update computer database of behavioral testing data
  • Log forms received and file as appropriate
  • Prepare reports from the database to include weekly reports and other reports as requested
  • Receive and disseminate study-related regulatory documents and correspondence
  • Assist in screening documents for completeness and compliance with protocol and appropriate regulations
  • Investigate incomplete, inaccurate or missing documents to ensure accuracy and completeness of data
  • Communicate and coordinate with other study personnel as required
  • Attend routine meetings and other meetings related to the clinical research

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent high school certification or combination of education and/or experience
  • 1 Year Customer Service experience
  • No specific certification/professional license is required for this position
