About the role
- Collect and process behavioral evaluations, standardized videos, and motor exams during clinical appointments for the Movement Disorders Center
- Maintain and update computer database of behavioral testing data
- Log forms received and file as appropriate
- Prepare reports from the database to include weekly reports and other reports as requested
- Receive and disseminate study-related regulatory documents and correspondence
- Assist in screening documents for completeness and compliance with protocol and appropriate regulations
- Investigate incomplete, inaccurate or missing documents to ensure accuracy and completeness of data
- Communicate and coordinate with other study personnel as required
- Attend routine meetings and other meetings related to the clinical research
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent high school certification or combination of education and/or experience
- 1 Year Customer Service experience
- No specific certification/professional license is required for this position
