💰 $53,100 - $90,600 per year

About the role

  • Acts as liaison to accounting departments to resolve issues and manage year-end process.
  • Tracks and maintains online database of grants.
  • Works with PIs to provide fund management and makes necessary budgetary changes.
  • Approves purchasing documents and provides guidance on expenditures.
  • Updates and forecasts grant expenditures.
  • Ensures timely implementation of contracts and subcontracts.
  • Creates and processes correspondence with granting agencies.
  • Monitors invoices for outgoing subawards.
  • Coordinates support for grant-related information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education.
  • Relevant Experience (2 Years).
  • Knowledge of SUBS system.
  • Knowledge of agency guidelines.
  • Skills: Accounting Processes, Adobe Acrobat, Analytical Thinking, Computerized Accounting, Grant Administration, Grants Accounting, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word, Workday Software.
