About the role
- Prepare, review and negotiate outgoing sub-agreements
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the regulatory and legal framework and compliance rules
- Provide detail-oriented review of SUBSystem Required Items while enforcing compliance
- Analyze sponsored research awards for required flow down terms
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of subawards for approval
- Administer and manage the SUBSystem template portfolio and institutional database
- Develop and conduct training and user support via instructor-led training
- Serve as presenter for ad hoc classes
- Assist with updates to training materials and ongoing education for OSRS
- Train new and existing OSRS staff
- Review and analyze current processes for efficiency
- Participate in Workday grant support discussions
- Analyze SUBSystem configurations and perform testing
- Ensure clear communication with the user community regarding system updates
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education
- Research Administration experience (3 Years)
