About the role

  • Prepare, review and negotiate outgoing sub-agreements
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the regulatory and legal framework and compliance rules
  • Provide detail-oriented review of SUBSystem Required Items while enforcing compliance
  • Analyze sponsored research awards for required flow down terms
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of subawards for approval
  • Administer and manage the SUBSystem template portfolio and institutional database
  • Develop and conduct training and user support via instructor-led training
  • Serve as presenter for ad hoc classes
  • Assist with updates to training materials and ongoing education for OSRS
  • Train new and existing OSRS staff
  • Review and analyze current processes for efficiency
  • Participate in Workday grant support discussions
  • Analyze SUBSystem configurations and perform testing
  • Ensure clear communication with the user community regarding system updates

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education
  • Research Administration experience (3 Years)
