Responsible for the strategic oversight of the department/division’s resources including budget management of fund sources and human resource management.
Directs all financial functions of the division, including business planning, budget development, analysis and implementation, financial reporting, variance analysis, revenue modeling, cost and project accounting, and auditing of the annual operating budget.
Coordinates all human resources functions as the department/division’s primary personnel officer and liaison to Human Resources for recruitment authorizations, salary/staffing models and annual performance review process.
Plans, coordinates and conducts complex projects related to the Division’s strategic plan.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education.
