About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Source candidates using AI, resume databases, LinkedIn, Boolean search techniques, and social media
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions
  • Identify prospective candidates for current and future hiring needs
  • Collaborate with talent acquisition consultants and hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop sourcing strategies
  • Create prospect lists and maintain candidate information in the applicant tracking system and internal databases
  • Support candidate outreach campaigns through email, social media, and sourcing platforms
  • Post positions on professional job boards and support talent acquisition marketing efforts
  • Support employer branding initiatives through digital and social media channels
  • Collaborate with the talent acquisition team on openings, anticipated hiring needs, and talent market opportunities
  • Provide account management support for contracted sourcing and advertising platforms and track job posting expenditures
  • Support communications with hiring managers, applicants, and advertising vendors
  • Assist with job fairs and community outreach events
  • Use labor market information, talent intelligence, and sourcing metrics to improve talent acquisition outcomes and candidate experience
  • Track and analyze sourcing effectiveness, pipeline activity, candidate engagement, and talent acquisition marketing efforts
  • Identify opportunities to improve candidate and hiring manager experience and provide market trend updates
  • Submit activity reports in a timely manner
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate degree or combination of education and experience may substitute for minimum education
  • Equivalent of an associate degree with two years of experience in talent acquisition candidate sourcing and name generation or a related area, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2 years of experience in Recruitment Sourcing, Recruitment, or a related area
  • Knowledge of AI to support candidate sourcing, social networks, professional sites, and resume databases
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software, preferably Workday
  • Ability to review job descriptions to develop keyword Boolean searches
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, applicant tracking systems, internet search tools, and social media channels
  • Experience supporting employer branding, recruitment marketing, social media engagement, or talent pipelining initiatives preferred
  • Familiarity with talent intelligence, workforce analytics, CRM platforms, or talent community management
  • No specific certification/professional license required
  • A driver's license is not required
