About the role
- Organize and schedule company meetings both onsite, offsite, and via Microsoft Teams
- Provide real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and resolving scheduling conflicts
- Arrange travel, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations
- Maintain and organize content on the WECP SharePoint website
- Assist with preparation of reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
- Process incoming communications, including mail, emails, and website inquiries
- Provide administrative assistance to WECP departments
- Assist with gathering, verifying, and organizing information for operational or regulatory needs
- Monitor and maintain office supply inventory
- Coordinate with vendors as needed
- Perform general administrative tasks to support efficient back-office operations
Requirements
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant, office coordinator, or similar administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Associate degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including SharePoint
