About the role
- Prepare and analyze accurate, timely financial statements in full compliance with US GAAP
- Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
- Identify gaps and improve accounting processes to drive efficiency and accuracy
- Assist with developing and managing budgets, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Work directly with clients to manage financial operations and resolve complex issues
- Support, mentor, and guide junior accounting staff
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (CPA preferred but not required)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with strong exposure to financial reporting and compliance
- Expertise in US GAAP, Excel, and accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar)
