Own and scale WarriorBabe's outbound sales division
Oversee outbound strategy, performance, AI-powered lead engagement systems, and process optimization
Lead, coach, develop, and hold outbound setters accountable
Collaborate closely with Sales Operations, Inbound Setter Manager, Closer Manager, Marketing, and Tech Integration team
Build, document, and refine scalable SOPs and workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven success managing outbound appointment setters, SDRs, BDRs, or sales development teams
Experience building and scaling outbound sales functions
Strong understanding of CRM management, lead engagement strategies, and pipeline development
Demonstrated ability to improve performance through systems, accountability, and coaching
