About the role

  • Lead and scale the team of inbound appointment setters.
  • Responsible for all inbound appointment setting functions, including ad confirmations and implementation calls based on our current funnel.
  • Build, coach, and manage the team while ensuring operational excellence and KPI performance.
  • Report directly to the Sales Director and collaborate with Sales Operations and the sales leadership team.
  • Ensure adherence to schedules, availability, volume expectations, and team motivation during shifts, including weekends.
  • Own all inbound appointment setting functions, ensuring the team executes flawlessly.
  • Monitor and optimize team KPIs, including volume, show rates, and pipeline quality.
  • Ensure CRM accuracy and maintain HubSpot data integrity.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the Sales Director based on team performance.
  • Drive a culture of excellence, accountability, and alignment with WarriorBabe standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in appointment setting, ideally in a leadership or team lead capacity.
  • Experience coaching and managing sales or appointment setting teams.
  • Strong understanding of inbound appointment setting operations and KPIs, including confirmations and implementation calls.
  • Ability to manage a remote team across multiple shifts and days, including weekends.
  • Data-driven, organized, and capable of maintaining CRM accuracy and reporting.
  • High energy, high accountability, and a hands-on leader.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
