About the role
- Lead the sales division with clarity, conviction, and consistency.
- Set the cultural standard and protect it.
- Keep the team aligned with the WarriorBabe mission and expectations.
- Bring energy to closers, setters, and managers every day.
- Directly manage the Closer Manager, Outbound Setter Manager, Inbound Setter Manager, and additional team leads.
- Hold your managers accountable and coach them into stronger leaders.
- Run daily huddles, tactical coaching, and performance reviews.
- Own every number inside the sales organization.
- Drive revenue, pipeline performance, show rates, close rates, and setter output.
- Keep SOPs, scripts, and workflows clean, current, and followed.
- Recruit and hire for all sales functions as the team grows.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing and scaling remote high ticket closers and appointment setters.
- Experience managing managers and building high performing leadership layers.
- Direct examples of driving revenue growth and improving team KPIs.
- High work capacity and availability to support the team outside typical hours when needed.
- Strong sales coaching skills and understanding of high ticket fundamentals.
- Experience partnering with Operations on forecasting and goal setting.
- Strong command of HubSpot and pipeline management.
- Experience in fitness, wellness, or coaching preferred.
