About the role
- Manage and optimize data tables and queries within Supabase
- Configure and maintain Fivetran integrations to ensure data is current and accurate
- Oversee HubSpot data synchronization and ensure alignment across systems
- Monitor integrations and address data consistency or performance issues
- Design and maintain SQL models and transformations to support analytics and reporting
- Combine and standardize data from multiple sources for consistent business use
- Build and maintain dashboards in Sigma that provide clear, reliable reporting
- Develop automated workflows using n8n to streamline reporting and data movement
- Implement quality checks and alerts to monitor data reliability
- Maintain documentation for data pipelines, models, and automations
Requirements
- Proficiency in SQL, including joins, CTEs, and query optimization
- Hands-on experience with Supabase or PostgreSQL
- Experience configuring and monitoring Fivetran integrations
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM data structures
- Understanding of data modeling, integrity, and reporting best practices
- Experience with Sigma, Looker, Power BI, or comparable BI tools
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience using Python or JavaScript for scripting and automation (preferred)
- Knowledge of n8n or similar workflow automation tools (preferred)
- Familiarity with API-based data integrations (preferred)
- Exposure to version control systems such as Git and documentation standards (preferred)
