Key responsibilities & impact

The Senior/Lead Online Enrollment Specialist plays a vital role in helping lead the team’s success
Works in collaboration with broker partners and internal departments to facilitate a seamless enrollment process for clients
Senior/Lead Online Enrollment Specialist will have the ability to perform all job functions and help lead the team, providing build assistance, mentorship, and training support
Build out employee benefit plans and rules for new and renewing groups on the benefit platforms
Maintain a broker first approach, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnership
Operate internal and external systems/platforms to obtain and extract information and documents for enrollments, reporting, and tracking
Thoroughly document all builds, inquiries, and service-related activities in Salesforce
Participate in training, cross functional projects, and initiatives aimed at improving team performance and service delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee benefits products such as group health, dental, vision, life, and worksite is preferred
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and a combination of PRO Apply, Ease and/or EE Navigator platforms
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on attention to detail
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
Adept at managing high workloads and prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment
