About the role
- Provide administrative assistance to Senior Vice President of Human Resources.
- Collaborate and support the HR team with assigned projects.
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS, ensuring data accuracy.
- Auditing of Employee files and HRIS systems as needed.
- Assist with onboarding experience for multiple states.
- Act as liaison between employees and management to help assist with employee inquiries.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of Human Resources related experience or similar.
- Excellent organizational and time-management ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism with sensitive employee information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management software (e.g., HRIS systems).
- Knowledge of ADP functions a plus.
