About the role

  • Support the development and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social, web, and events in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Assist in the production, quality control, and distribution of marketing materials, maintaining brand consistency and compliance.
  • Maintain and monitor marketing project trackers, timelines, and Jira tickets to ensure visibility, progress, and accountability.
  • Assist in management of creative workflows including content review, proofreading, and approval cycles for campaigns and collateral.
  • Support the coordination and management of promotional items, including sourcing, ordering, and tracking to meet event and marketing needs.
  • Oversee social media scheduling, post-performance, and engagement analytics.
  • Support internal communications and company-wide announcements to enhance engagement and alignment.
  • Manage Continuing Education (CEC) credit tracking and ensure timely reporting to participants.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or project management, preferably in insurance, healthcare, or financial services.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, Jira, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft 365.
  • Ability to analyze data, report results, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
