About the role
- You are the first point of contact for our talent on all administrative HR matters and support them with empathy from the initial contract through to offboarding.
- You ensure our people data is always up to date and accurate.
- With your attention to detail, you prepare the monthly payroll.
- You actively look for smart HR tools and optimize our internal workflows.
- You are responsible for administering our benefits and, through occasional improvements, ensure our employee perks stay up to date.
- You actively shape our onboarding so new team members feel part of our mission from day one.
- You plan, invite and create the right atmosphere for our HR events.
Requirements
- You hold a degree or comparable qualification and bring relevant experience in People/HR.
- You have a knack for (preparing) payroll and are confident with employment law.
- You are proficient with Workday and Google Workspace.
- Whether in German or English — you communicate clearly, respectfully and with the right tone.
- Discretion is not a buzzword for you, but the basis for trusting collaboration.
- You work in a structured and precise way without losing sight of the big picture and our service orientation.
