About the role

  • Oversee the ‘other’ master use licensing revenue process for WMG
  • Research unidentified accountings using internal resources and contacting third-party licensees
  • Prepare monthly licensing entries to account for all domestic revenues
  • Research, resolve, and process aged, unallocated cash related to licensing
  • Support royalty audit teams by compiling necessary documentation

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in the music and entertainment industry
  • Familiarity with recorded music licensing and/or artist royalties
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of SAP financial applications (preferred)
  • Understanding of finance and accounting principles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
