About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Craft features across the assigned area from concept through release and post-launch iteration, owning outcomes at every stage
- Translate business strategy and player insights into prioritized product roadmaps
- Define product vision and articulate tradeoffs with leadership
- Write PRDs, feature specifications, and briefs
- Align design, engineering, QA, data, creatives, and business stakeholders around shared goals
- Lead indirect reports and collaborators toward shared outcomes
- Facilitate stakeholder decisions and build data- and player-informed consensus
- Communicate progress, risks, and pivots to leadership and the team
- Own business outcomes for assigned features
- Design telemetry schemas, instrumentation plans, event taxonomies, and data contracts
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports covering retention, engagement, monetization, and feature health
- Define feature success metrics and KPIs, and conduct post-mortems
- Analyze player behavior, funnel breakdowns, growth levers, market trends, and live-service data
- Translate product questions into analytics tasks and interpret results
- Develop live-operations calendars including seasonal content, in-game events, balance updates, and economy tuning
- Monitor live-service health, triage issues, and coordinate cross-functional responses
- Balance immediate player needs with the long-term health of the game economy and community
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of Product Management experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead PM capacity
- Shipped or operated a live game
- Active gamer invested in online RPG and/or cozy genres
- Hands-on experience designing telemetry systems and defining instrumentation
- Proven ability to build and own dashboards
- Strong track record maintaining product roadmaps in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across design, engineering, creatives, and business stakeholders
- Strong analytical foundation and comfort with SQL and raw data
- Ability to form hypotheses from ambiguous signals
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience taking a product from concept through live operations
- Console game development experience
- Knowledge of monetization and platform-specific constraints
- Familiarity with player-facing economy design, battle passes, seasonal content systems, and in-game currencies
- Experience with A/B testing frameworks and experiment design at scale
- Experience with sophisticated monetization ecosystems and diverse player lifecycles and spending behaviors
