About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Translate specific contract language and concepts to Billing System environment
Generate accurate and timely customer invoicing
Function as the subject matter expert for a portfolio of customer accounts
Create and improve processes to build efficiency
Contact customers for queries resolution
Generate regular analysis and reporting
Documentation of business processes
Continuous monitoring of contractual compliance
Ensure the compliance of financial processes with Internal Controls and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements (if applicable)
Expert in internal systems and processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 3 years in Billing process
Fluent English and Italian (Italy market)
Quick problem solver, team player, excellent time management skills
High level of service-mindset and results-orientation
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to read and understand legal contracts
Great organizational and interpersonal skills
High level of analytical skills
Excellent knowledge of Excel – large spreadsheets, pivot tables, sorting reporting, SAP
Not Required but preferred experience: Industry experience (media)
