Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years as a product designer, with at least 2 years in ad tech, marketing tech, or growth design
Strong Figma experience, including with variables, components, styles, and shared libraries
Good track record of product thinking
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in utilizing, creating and modifying design system components
Experience working on consumer-facing products within large-scale organizations
Bonus points for experience in news/media
Strong record of fostering cross-functional collaboration
