About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create and maintain business specifications required for the ESS data and shared services team
- Coordinate and host training sessions with end-users and stakeholders
- Coordinate design-thinking and process reengineering workshops with stakeholders
- Build long-term, strategic relationships with stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in business analysis
- Strong analysis skills
- Experience in the media & entertainment industry is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Adaptability to a fast-paced and evolving technological landscape
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence and engage teams
- Extremely strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Public speaking and presentation skills
- Fluent in English
- Must be eligible to work in the US without VISA sponsorship now or in the future
