About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Focus on billing in a high transactional volume, positive team-oriented environment
- Ensure compliance with corporate billing, collection, and credit policies
- Initiate contact to customers to share statements, invoices, and required documents
- Confer with customers by telephone and e-mail to determine reasons for overdue payment
- Record and maintain information about financial status and collection efforts in ERP system
- Collaborate with each area of the order to cash team
- Perform accounts receivable analysis and conduct account reconciliations
- Engage with customers to resolve open balances and secure timely payments
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5 to 7 years’ experience in Account Receivables reconciliations/Collections
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or related field is preferred
- Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills
- Experience in SAP ERP preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Powerpoint)
- Ability to work independently, creatively, and efficiently
- Proven track record in meeting deadlines
