Requirements

What you’ll need

15+ years of product management experience
Deep expertise in content discovery, search, recommendations, personalization, ranking, or related ML-driven consumer systems
Demonstrated success defining product strategy and leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
Strong understanding of experimentation, metric design, and data-informed product development
Strong technical fluency
Experience bringing AI or machine learning capabilities into production
Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related field
