Communications Executive – 12 Months Fixed Term Contract
Warner Bros. DiscoveryCommunications Executive overseeing corporate and internal communications for streaming and title publicity in SEA. Supporting senior communication directors and managing cross-functional collaborations.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support Corporate Comms efforts, Agency, and Asset Management
- Support Senior Director of Communications in communications strategy and administration
- Logistical support across titles and activations
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and cross functional teams on approvals
- Track media coverage and nominate media for junkets/screeners access
- Coordinate assets, inform and share across agencies and internal teams
- Keep track of deliverables for various campaigns
- Help raise PRs and POs in Ariba across projects
- Follow up with finance and legal document requests
- Support team in relevant tasks including research
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship skills
- Fast learner with an ability to adapt techniques based on requirements
- Open mindset and willingness to seek feedback
- Good time management and multitasking skills
- Passion for entertainment, titles, and Public Relations / Publicity
- Proficiency in Chinese (Traditional/Simplified) or Bahasa Indonesia is beneficial
