About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Actively sell media and special projects to agencies and clients in the sports betting segment.
  • Lead negotiations with a strategic mindset and a consultative approach, identifying opportunities aligned with clients' objectives.
  • Prepare commercial proposals with technical accuracy and adherence to performance indicators.
  • Monitor the sales pipeline precisely, ensuring predictability and achievement of revenue targets.
  • Record and track activities in the CRM (Salesforce), consolidating relationship history and intelligence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, planning, marketing, and content) to ensure excellence in campaign delivery.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree (completed).
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
  • Intermediate English is desirable for interactions with global teams and international content.
  • Experience in advertising sales, preferably in digital or integrated environments.
  • Solid understanding of digital metrics, media KPIs, and performance fundamentals.
  • Experience servicing mid-sized agencies and ability to build long-term partnerships.
  • Proactive, organized, target-driven profile with strong results orientation.
