About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Actively sell media and special projects to agencies and clients in the sports betting segment.
- Lead negotiations with a strategic mindset and a consultative approach, identifying opportunities aligned with clients' objectives.
- Prepare commercial proposals with technical accuracy and adherence to performance indicators.
- Monitor the sales pipeline precisely, ensuring predictability and achievement of revenue targets.
- Record and track activities in the CRM (Salesforce), consolidating relationship history and intelligence.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, planning, marketing, and content) to ensure excellence in campaign delivery.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree (completed).
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
- Intermediate English is desirable for interactions with global teams and international content.
- Experience in advertising sales, preferably in digital or integrated environments.
- Solid understanding of digital metrics, media KPIs, and performance fundamentals.
- Experience servicing mid-sized agencies and ability to build long-term partnerships.
- Proactive, organized, target-driven profile with strong results orientation.
