About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the day-to-day operations and execution of AI and data initiatives across the enterprise
- Assist in the project governance of data and AI solutions into business processes
- Help with communication and coordination between business and technology teams to ensure alignment of AI and data initiatives with business objectives
- Assist in ensuring data and AI projects stay on track according to established timelines and goals
- Help support business teams in identifying AI and data needs and ensure alignment with operational goals, digital transformation objectives, and overall business priorities
- Encourage team members to adopt best practices when working with data and AI solutions
- Assist in the development of performance tracking systems and KPIs to monitor success
- Help identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring data security and compliance
- Manage external vendor relationships for effective delivery of data and AI services
- Assist in driving change management efforts to promote adoption of AI-driven processes across the organization
- Identify areas for continuous improvement within business processes leveraging AI and data insights
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7–10 years of experience in business operations, project management, or data management
- Experience supporting AI or data-driven projects is a plus
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and modern data platforms
- Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau; familiarity with SharePoint or Confluence
- Working knowledge of business process management and performance tracking frameworks
- Basic understanding of financial processes, including budgeting and forecasting
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong articulation abilities
- Public speaking and presentation skills (preferred)
- Experience with DBT (preferred)
