About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and execute the ANZ retention and engagement marketing roadmap and calendar
  • Design and deliver highly personalized, cross-channel campaigns (email, push, in-app, etc.) that drive sustained viewing and loyalty
  • Build lifecycle programs spanning onboarding, habit formation, churn prevention, win-back, and upsell
  • Partner with Content teams to amplify major launches and tentpole moments
  • Use data and segmentation to target the right message to the right customer at the right time
  • Develop and run structured experimentation programs (A/B and multivariate testing) to optimize performance
  • Manage campaigns end-to-end, from briefing and setup to analysis and insights
  • Monitor and report key metrics such as engagement, retention, churn, and conversion
  • Serve as the regional subject-matter expert for retention and engagement within the region
  • Collaborate across global and regional teams to deliver complex, cross-market initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5–7+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing
  • Hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms (Braze strongly preferred)
  • Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, behavioral segmentation, and personalization strategies
  • Proven ability to use data to inform decisions and improve campaign performance
  • Experience running experimentation programs and interpreting results
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Looker) and comfort working with large datasets
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills across functions, regions, and time zones
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Exceptional written English and sensitivity to tone and audience for ANZ markets
  • Relevant platform certifications are a plus
