Senior Analyst, Planning Ad Sales
Warner Bros. Discovery. Develop integrated media plans across Digital, CTV/Streaming, Linear TV, Paid Social, and Audience Extension channels.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop integrated media plans across Digital, CTV/Streaming, Linear TV, Paid Social, and Audience Extension channels.
- Translate client briefs into clear, actionable media strategies, defining channel roles, formats, KPIs, and budget allocation.
- Recommend innovative solutions including programmatic, addressable, and data-driven targeting strategies.
- Ensure plans align with commercial objectives, inventory availability, and pricing guidelines.
- Build and optimize media plans using key performance metrics (CPM, CPV, CPC, reach, frequency, completion rates).
- Collaborate with BI, Ad Operations, and Digital teams to ensure accurate execution, tracking, and reporting.
- Partner closely with Account Executives on pre-sales ideation, proposal development, and client presentations.
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and packaging strategies.
- Manage timelines, revisions, and approvals across multiple stakeholders.
- Mentor junior planners and support quality assurance across media plans.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4–7 years of experience in media planning, preferably within an agency or ad sales environment.
- Strong experience in digital and cross-platform campaign planning, including CTV/Streaming.
- Solid understanding of digital media KPIs, measurement, and optimization strategies.
- Experience collaborating with Sales teams in fast-paced, revenue-driven environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including media math and data analysis.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (required).
