Key responsibilities & impact

own the vision and strategy for a portfolio of multiple complex product areas
actively evaluate and implement AI powered features and workflows
build and maintain strategic partnerships across Engineering, Privacy, Legal, Design, and Data organizations
serve as the go-to authority for the Platform team on overall compliance priorities
develop strong product leaders, and coach PMs
establish operating mechanisms that result in clear priorities
drive measurable adoption of platform tooling, standards, and best practices across the organization
own measurable outcomes connecting progress on performance, experimentation, Design System, and privacy to clear, quantifiable business results

Requirements

What you’ll need

12+ years of product management experience
at least 5 years leading and developing product teams in a people leadership role
experience developing strong product leaders, including coaching senior ICs
demonstrated experience owning multiple complex product areas simultaneously
proven ability to operate in environments of high complexity and ambiguity
track record of driving adoption of platform tooling, standards, or shared systems
experience building and maintaining strategic partnerships across Engineering, Legal, Design, and Data organizations
experience with at least two of the following domains: Data Privacy and Compliance, Site Performance, Design Systems, Experimentation Platforms
