Program Operations Analyst

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Accountable for coordinating and guaranteeing that the right long form version is created on time for all streaming, networks and affiliate platforms
- Responsible for initial material research and collaborate closely with the Content Onboarding team
- Provide work-order demand signals and to track and ensure content is prepped and ready for broadcast, publish or VOD distribution
- Ensure multiple internal software tracking and material management systems are live with relevant data
- Communicate the relevant versions/cases and manage them through all required activities
- Collaborate with Global Content Planning and Operations team regarding content
- Maintain live system records, keeping these accurate and up to date
- Raise demand signals to the respective GCO CoE’s, Content Onboarding and Global GCO teams
- Escalate any deviation to the programming plans to relevant programming teams to support a collaborative discussion
- Ensure that all content is successfully handed over to the Global Content Distribution Operations team
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2 years experience of the broadcast industry in a relevant operational role
- Computer literate, intermediate excel skills, word, previous use of broadcasting systems preferable
- Excellent organisational/administrative skills
- Attention to detail is essential
- The ability to prioritise and effectively manage a large number of different projects, clients and vendors simultaneously and prioritising as necessary
- Excellent people and interpersonal skills, good team player
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to different demands
- Initiative, proactivity and motivation
- Ability to communicate fluently in English, both written and oral
- Provide customer service to internal stakeholders
