Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and deliver standout marketing materials across HBO and Max Originals campaigns
  • Bring big ideas to life—craft compelling creative that elevates content and drives audience engagement
  • Translate campaign direction into high-impact creative execution
  • Shape and execute ideas across key touchpoints—including social, key art, A/V, and experiential
  • Help operationalize creative concepts into scalable, global campaign assets
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies, providing clear direction and actionable feedback
  • Manage creative process end-to-end across multiple projects, from ideation through production and final delivery
  • Analyze performance and audience feedback for creative optimizations
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and confidently communicate creative ideas

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 7 years of creative experience in the entertainment or creative advertising industry executing marketing campaigns
  • At least 2 years of experience managing a team
  • Sincere love for streaming entertainment, television, movies, and storytelling
  • Ability to lead highly creative campaigns, meeting a high bar of quality content creation
  • Proven ability to art direct and guide designers/agency partners with strong understanding of composition, typography, photography, and visual storytelling
  • Experience managing and mentoring junior team members on campaign execution and stakeholder navigation
  • Good creative judgment and balance for team, campaign, and business goals
  • Understanding of dynamic entertainment and streaming landscape, competitive creative campaigns, consumer trends, and shifts in business needs
  • Strong collaborative relationships across the organization with effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
