About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- managing dependencies across various work streams
- coordinating, sprint planning, running scrums, ensuring teams follow development processes
- Lead delivery of cross platform programs that power high volume ad serving, data, and reporting systems
- Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and technical tradeoffs across multi-team initiatives
- Provide clear, consistent, and executive-ready program status reporting
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline required
- 8+ years of technical program management experience, ideally in advertising technology, SaaS, or enterprise platforms
- Strong technical background with the ability to engage deeply in system architecture, data flows, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and distributed systems
- Solid understanding of advertising technology ecosystems
- Proven track record of driving large, enterprise-scale programs from conception through delivery
- Exceptional ability to influence without authority across Engineering, Product, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Legal
- Demonstrated ability to identify, manage, and mitigate technical and organizational risks
- Experience setting program management best practices, improving delivery rigor, and mentoring other TPMs
