Sales Coordinator
Warner Bros. DiscoverySales Coordinator providing support to the APAC CNNIC Ad Sales team in Seoul. Assist in campaign execution, media planning, and maintaining client relationships.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide administrative and operational support to the APAC CNNIC Ad Sales team
- Assist in the end-to-end execution of Ad Sales campaigns
- Coordinate media planning, booking, reporting, contracting, billing, payment follow-ups
- Drive internal alignment managing client and agency correspondence
- Maintain and update campaign tracking tools, reports, spreadsheets
- Develop high-quality sales presentations and collateral
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 2 years of relevant media or agency platform experience
- Fluent in Korean and English (written and spoken)
- Exceptionally detail-oriented with strong administrative skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Studio (e.g Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) would be advantageous
- Adaptable and quick to learn; ambition to progress in the industry
