Account Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and deliver revenue targets across digital, TV, branded content, and event sponsorship
- Drive growth from both new and existing clients across Singapore and Southeast Asia
- Build and manage a robust pipeline through proactive business development, strategic account expansion, and accurate forecasting
- Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with agencies, trading desks, and direct clients
- Lead negotiations and close high-value, multi-market deals
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop high-impact, integrated proposals
- Contribute to regional commercial strategy through market insights
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4-6+ years' industry experience in sales, advertising, branded content, sponsorship, events, or digital marketing
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets across Singapore and/or Southeast Asia
- Demonstrated success in selling event sponsorships and integrated, multi-platform solutions
- Strong, established relationships with Singapore-based agencies and SEA regional clients
- Experience across digital and TV solutions
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to structure and close complex, multi-market deals
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in English
- Additional language capabilities would be an advantage
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
