About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and deliver revenue targets across digital, TV, branded content, and event sponsorship
  • Drive growth from both new and existing clients across Singapore and Southeast Asia
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline through proactive business development, strategic account expansion, and accurate forecasting
  • Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with agencies, trading desks, and direct clients
  • Lead negotiations and close high-value, multi-market deals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop high-impact, integrated proposals
  • Contribute to regional commercial strategy through market insights

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4-6+ years' industry experience in sales, advertising, branded content, sponsorship, events, or digital marketing
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets across Singapore and/or Southeast Asia
  • Demonstrated success in selling event sponsorships and integrated, multi-platform solutions
  • Strong, established relationships with Singapore-based agencies and SEA regional clients
  • Experience across digital and TV solutions
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to structure and close complex, multi-market deals
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in English
  • Additional language capabilities would be an advantage
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
