About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive HBO Max Ad Sales revenue
- Develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships
- Accountable for internal revenue forecasting
- Partner with appointed agency to develop ad hoc solutions
- Act as day-to-day point of contact for external Sales Agency
- Sponsor innovation with external agency
- Monitor and manage any payments and/or fees under the commercial model
- Collaborate on pitch sponsorship, integration, and partnership opportunities
- Work with internal WBD teams to develop wider partnerships
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- Manage and support the Ad Tech & Ops Manager to ensure successful execution of digital advertising operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Extensive senior management experience
- Proven experience in achieving revenue targets
- In depth knowledge of and experience in the media industry
- Proven track record of success in developing and delivering revenue strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strategic thinking and ability to articulate a vision and strategic roadmap
- Solution orientated with the ability to create internal efficiencies/prioritisation where required
- Strong knowledge of competitor research and market trend analysis
- A proven sales leader who can drive a team towards success
- Ability to clearly articulate and sell WBD’s value proposition
