Key responsibilities & impact

Drive HBO Max Ad Sales revenue
Develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships
Accountable for internal revenue forecasting
Partner with appointed agency to develop ad hoc solutions
Act as day-to-day point of contact for external Sales Agency
Sponsor innovation with external agency
Monitor and manage any payments and/or fees under the commercial model
Collaborate on pitch sponsorship, integration, and partnership opportunities
Work with internal WBD teams to develop wider partnerships
Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
Manage and support the Ad Tech & Ops Manager to ensure successful execution of digital advertising operations

What you’ll need

Extensive senior management experience
Proven experience in achieving revenue targets
In depth knowledge of and experience in the media industry
Proven track record of success in developing and delivering revenue strategies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strategic thinking and ability to articulate a vision and strategic roadmap
Solution orientated with the ability to create internal efficiencies/prioritisation where required
Strong knowledge of competitor research and market trend analysis
A proven sales leader who can drive a team towards success
Ability to clearly articulate and sell WBD’s value proposition
