About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and produce digital and print creative assets for Home Entertainment film and television releases including retailer assets, logos, key art, trade and promotional materials
- Ensure all work follows brand and studio guidelines
- Adapt approved key art into multiple formats and retailer templates while maintaining strong layout, typography, and visual consistency
- Prepare organized, production-ready files
- Execute advanced Photoshop work including compositing, retouching, color correction, and image cleanup
- Build layered files that are clean, accurate, and easy to hand off
- Create title treatments, graphic elements, and layout solutions using Illustrator and InDesign as needed
- Ensure accuracy of logos, ratings, legal lines, and required branding
- Manage assigned projects from brief through final delivery under the guidance of the Creative Director
- Incorporate feedback quickly and accurately
- Maintain organized files and follow internal naming conventions, delivery processes, and production specifications
- Support the team by meeting deadlines, handling multiple assignments, and maintaining a high level of detail and quality control in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1-5 years as a graphic designer at a design studio, advertising agency or in a related industry
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or similar field required
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Advanced Photoshop skills: retouching, imaging, working in art boards and retailer templates a must
- Strong confident communication, public speaking, organizational skills, creativity and leadership skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with all levels of personnel
- Strong writing and correspondence skills
- Ability to pay close attention to detail and understand written and oral instructions
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under time constraints
- Must be able to maintain composure under pressure
- Ability to manage heavy workload including work outside of standard business hours
- Team player and problem solver
