About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and produce digital and print creative assets for Home Entertainment film and television releases including retailer assets, logos, key art, trade and promotional materials
  • Ensure all work follows brand and studio guidelines
  • Adapt approved key art into multiple formats and retailer templates while maintaining strong layout, typography, and visual consistency
  • Prepare organized, production-ready files
  • Execute advanced Photoshop work including compositing, retouching, color correction, and image cleanup
  • Build layered files that are clean, accurate, and easy to hand off
  • Create title treatments, graphic elements, and layout solutions using Illustrator and InDesign as needed
  • Ensure accuracy of logos, ratings, legal lines, and required branding
  • Manage assigned projects from brief through final delivery under the guidance of the Creative Director
  • Incorporate feedback quickly and accurately
  • Maintain organized files and follow internal naming conventions, delivery processes, and production specifications
  • Support the team by meeting deadlines, handling multiple assignments, and maintaining a high level of detail and quality control in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1-5 years as a graphic designer at a design studio, advertising agency or in a related industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or similar field required
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
  • Advanced Photoshop skills: retouching, imaging, working in art boards and retailer templates a must
  • Strong confident communication, public speaking, organizational skills, creativity and leadership skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with all levels of personnel
  • Strong writing and correspondence skills
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail and understand written and oral instructions
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under time constraints
  • Must be able to maintain composure under pressure
  • Ability to manage heavy workload including work outside of standard business hours
  • Team player and problem solver
