Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline required
8+ years of technical program management experience, ideally in advertising technology, SaaS, or enterprise platforms
Strong technical background with ability to engage deeply in system architecture, data flows, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and distributed systems
Solid understanding of advertising technology ecosystems
Excellent status reporting and executive communication skills
Proven track record of driving large, enterprise-scale programs
Exceptional ability to influence without authority across various departments
Demonstrated ability to identify, manage, and mitigate technical and organizational risks
Experience in leading modernization and transformation initiatives
