About the role

  • Lead development of backend billing and revenue recognition platform
  • Refine existing internal tooling and capabilities
  • Identify opportunities to build new capabilities for future commerce enhancements
  • Inspire and build a culture of collaboration, product excellence and high performance
  • Implement a consistent and accurate revenue recognition process via S4/BRIM
  • Ensure Sales Tax/VAT is accurately charged and recorded
  • Work with partners to assure optimal customer billing and payment experience
  • Design and deliver new billing capabilities to support new product structures
  • Collaborate with partner product teams, marketing, analytics and CS teams
  • Develop and measure KPIs for the commerce platform

Requirements

  • 6+ years product management experience
  • 3+ years experience in commerce / payment system products
  • Experience launching and developing products and features for a global audience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate and present to stakeholders at all levels of the business
  • Demonstrate strong ownership to deliver exceptional customer experiences and customer empathy
  • Experience developing consumer facing experiences across multiple platforms (e.g., web, mobile, connected TV)
  • Experience working with and managing the needs of multiple stakeholders and business teams
  • Experience driving clarity in ambiguous situations and drive forward progress
  • Experience with data analysis, and driving insights and making business decisions through data
